Go the orange!! LOL!!

 

Materials:

 

CARDSTOCK: Bazzil - orange

PAPERS: blue paint sample card [Thank you Bunnings ;-)], vellum (to back photo)

ALPHABET: Thickers - black glitter, my own writing, 'best' word from a Kaiser Collectables pack

EMBELLISHMENTS: green string, patterned fabric, Kaiser Collectables motifs, BasicGrey die-cut shapes (frame), Dear Lizzy patterned chipboard shapes (pink arrow, camera), Kaiser stamp set (clouds), dotted stencilling

OTHER: white and black jouranl pens, stapler, sewing machine, thread, stencil, white ink pad

 

I had a little difficulty in photographing this layout - I think mainly due to its brightness. I just had a hard time getting the photo true to the colour, even in natural light the camera didn't seem to want to capture it right!! But I did finally get one that came the closest to the true look. Then it came to cropping and I realised I still need to work on lining the camera up correctly so as I can get a true square crop - none of this 'one-corner-cut-off-because-it's-crooked' business! Grrrrr!

 

Any tips anyone? What do you find is the best way in photographing your layouts?
