Hi there my friends
I hope you are well
Sorry I have left this quite late
Not sure if you could tell

I've been watching The Voice
Snuggled on the couch with my man
Sometimes ya just gotta chill
When ya can

Today begun with milo spilled in my lap
It's just been one of those days
But I won't bore you with details
About this Tuesday's ways

Amongst all of that 
There was some good
I baked a cake
Because I could

But now because my bed is calling
I must give in to the doze
Goodnight my friends...

Now how's that for some creative prose ;-)
